What happened in five lines.
One. A 12-session coaching program was paid in full by March 2022, totaling $6,000 across three installments.
Two. Six sessions were delivered. The remaining six were paused at the client's request for personal reasons. No restart fee, expiration, or future price-change clause was discussed.
Three. Over the following two years, every attempt to resume sessions was met with cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or extended periods of no response.
